Ya know those expensive stainless steel letter magnets from Pottery Barn? I've been wanting them for years...but c'mon, not paying that high price for magnets. Silly.

I found and purchased a big bag of vintage colorful kids magnets from Bombshelter, I figured these would look awesome spray painted with some metallic Krylon Chrome paint. I know, I know, these magnets were already cute in their original state when I bought them but the colors and look doesn't go with my house...had to give it a punch of glam. This is seriously the most easy project and the results are high style.

Color is my passion...and I LOVE my orange and yellow kitchen. The bold, bright and sunny colors always make it an inviting place (except when there are dirty dishes everywhere, ahhh!).

Sadly, when trying to find orange kitchen gear, it's always few and far between...so as a solution, I'm jazzing up my own. I took basic bamboo spoons and added bold color to the handles. This is a great simple way to add a punch of color to your kitchen. Just simply mask off the area you want to paint so you get a clean line. You can even do stripes or a geometric pattern if you'd like. I added metallic gold and silver to some of the ends to mix it up.

Beautiful mid century chairs about to be trashed, found a home with me. They just needed a lil love…aka paint! I used Duplicolor Vinyl & Fabric paint for the cushions and Krylon Premium Metallic - Chrome for the frame.
