I've been hard at work lately coming up with some new styles for my line, AC | Design.
I love designing...getting to experiment with color and texture, it's truly my passion. Above, is my wildly colorful pom necklace which features removable pom pom keychains. The scarf is an upcycled t-shirt with crocheted stands added in for texture. The bottom pic features new spring pieces, which will be out in local shops and in the online shop SOON! Get it all at www.acdesignshop.com

Lately, I can't seem to get enough gingerbread. The rich flavor of the molasses and spices keep me coming back for more. I struck gold when my first gingerbread making experience was a huge success. I used a cookie recipe from Cake Girls. Try it! (mouth watering right now....WANT!) To top off all my gingerbread makings, I've been using just a basic cream cheese frosting. Use a stick of butter, equal amount of cream cheese, about a teaspoon of vanilla, powdered sugar until it gets to the consistency you want....simple. My new fav sweet treat.

It's hit that time where winter seems to be dragging on here in Northeast Ohio. In attempt make the outdoor's dullness and chill a little less severe, I've been rocking some brightness and winter florals.
The gorgeous coat is from Zara, they have the best collection of simplistic street ready coats you can find. Green floral pants are also from Zara. Neon yellow button up shirt and studded belt is from Jcrew. Mint envelope purse and sunglasses are from NastyGal.

I kind of have this problem when I go into Sephora, I get sucked into buying more then what I went there for. It definitely doesn't help when all the associates recognize me because I'm in there so much and start excitedly telling me about the new product that they just got in which they know I'll love. Ha! I love it, It's always good times.
Recently, I found these GORGEOUS colors in the clearance spot. My heart fluttered especially when I saw they were only $5. Score! Nails Inc. is now one of my favorite nail polish brands. The pink (not on nails) is Islington crackle. Turquoise is Clapham crackle. My favorate, mustardy-cheastnut color is Hampstead Gardens.
