I could shop on Etsy all day. I not only love to see what others are creating but I love hunting for amazing vintage items as well. I thought I'd share some of my favorites I've been eyeing the past few days...vintage abstract. So colorful. So unique. I need some of these pieces in my wardrobe! Check out these seller's shops and items and let them know how fabulous they are! 1: Kaleidoo /// 2: KFT Vintage /// 3: Dead Girls Vintage /// 4: Dust to Diamonds (note: photos belong to the seller)

What an inspiration! Nathalie Lete is an artist from Paris, she mixes and plays with all sorts of mediums, from illustration and ceramics to textile and paintings. Her work might be very familiar to you...She has designed lines for Anthropologie, including the 2 pillows pictured. I think my favorite part of her work are the textiles. I love the experimentation with texture and extreme use of color. Check out her work on her site, www.nathalie-lete.com

Lately, I can't seem to get enough gingerbread. The rich flavor of the molasses and spices keep me coming back for more. I struck gold when my first gingerbread making experience was a huge success. I used a cookie recipe from Cake Girls. Try it! (mouth watering right now....WANT!) To top off all my gingerbread makings, I've been using just a basic cream cheese frosting. Use a stick of butter, equal amount of cream cheese, about a teaspoon of vanilla, powdered sugar until it gets to the consistency you want....simple. My new fav sweet treat.

I kind of have this problem when I go into Sephora, I get sucked into buying more then what I went there for. It definitely doesn't help when all the associates recognize me because I'm in there so much and start excitedly telling me about the new product that they just got in which they know I'll love. Ha! I love it, It's always good times.
Recently, I found these GORGEOUS colors in the clearance spot. My heart fluttered especially when I saw they were only $5. Score! Nails Inc. is now one of my favorite nail polish brands. The pink (not on nails) is Islington crackle. Turquoise is Clapham crackle. My favorate, mustardy-cheastnut color is Hampstead Gardens.

Yep, believe it or not, scrunchies are/have made a come back. I'm excited to rock these with a messy bun or a high pony. The top image is a GIF animation I did with images from American Apparel.
You ready to bring the scrunchie back?

Ahhhh! The (original) Letter People! I grew up with these guys in the late 80's. I have mad love for these 1968 illustrations. The photo is of my vintage Miss A poster print that I've had since kindergarten. I gotta frame this thing. The collection of the original Letter People illustrations are just crazy cool designs. They use vibrant colors and play with shapes, lines and patterns. I can't wait to incorporate this look into a future project!

Hello bold little Zara jacket. This is my go-to jacket for this fall. I love the bright redish orange color and the statement making details...zippers, studs, more zippers...all on a light weight linen fabric. Even better, I nabbed this beauty on sale...WIN!
This jacket is now sold out at Zara but you can get other colorful jackets here: 1 / 2

Warning: color and pattern overload. I was inspired by the top image...pattern formed by layered color. It made my head explode a little bit, in a good way of course. Naturally, I wanted more of this eye candy... so I hunted up some similar items. Below are links to the fun finds
1. Geometric Leather Fringe Earrings /// 2. Chloe Color Block Leather Envelope Purse /// 3. Herve Ledger Color Block Dress /// 4. Whorled Felt Rug /// 5. Rebecca Minkoff Uma Flats /// 6. iPhone Color Block and Studded Case

Thankfully stumbled upon Elf, an online store (located in Bali) that beautifully showcases and sells their collection of high quality hand made leather shoes and hand bags. I love their simplistic yet unique style!
